Come Meet Us In The Mountains May 14-17, 2026

A Wild & Well Gathering in the Smokies

May 14-17

Meet us where the air slows you down and the land remembers your name.

This is a three-night gathering for women who want to feel alive in their bodies, laugh easily, move gently, eat well, and savor connection…to themselves, to each other, and to the Appalachian mountains that have been holding stories far longer than we have.

This is about pleasure without apology.
Presence without productivity.
And the quiet confidence of knowing you are already enough.

Rooted in the Spirit of Appalachia

Rooted in the spirit of Appalachia, this gathering honors the old ways of coming together.

Good food made from the land.
Long walks through woods that steady the nervous system.
Front-porch conversations that turn into belly laughs.
Campfires where stories rise with the smoke and fall back into the dark.

This is not about self-improvement or reinvention.
It’s about remembering how natural connection, nourishment, and time outside support well-being.

Why the Mountains — Why Appalachia

Because these mountains know how to hold people.

Ancient, grounded, and lived-in, Appalachia carries a particular kind of wisdom—one shaped by generations of gathering, resilience, music, labor, celebration, and care.

For four days, you’ll be immersed in an Appalachian mountain setting designed to invite slowness, presence, and ease. You’ll hike trails that open wide views and quiet inner spaces. You’ll soak in a hot tub under the stars. You’ll wander local shops and makers, touching beauty shaped by human hands.

This isn’t about retreating from life.
It’s about returning to what’s natural.

This Retreat Is For You If…

  • You feel successful on paper but disconnected in your body

  • You’re tired of trying to heal and ready to let yourself be well

  • You crave depth, sisterhood, and truth—not surface-level spirituality

  • You sense there’s a wilder, freer version of you waiting to be reclaimed

  • You want rest that actually restores, not just time away from work

What This Experience Centers

This gathering is rooted in wellness as lived experience, not a project to work on.

No fixing.
No becoming.
No healing agenda.

Just the honest enjoyment of being in your body, on the land, and in good company.

Our days move with a gentle, unhurried rhythm:

  • Optional morning Sampoorna yoga to wake up the body

  • Long breakfasts and unrushed mornings

  • Hikes through the Smokies

  • Spacious free time to nap, journal, soak, wander, or do nothing at all

  • Shared meals inspired by local flavors and Appalachian cuisine

  • Bonfires, sound baths, playful outings, and evenings that unfold without rushing

Nothing here asks you to improve yourself.
Your presence is the contribution.

The Essence of the Experience

This is a celebration of enoughness.

Enough rest.
Enough pleasure.
Enough connection.
Enough space to simply be.

Wellness here isn’t something you earn.
It’s what naturally emerges when you’re well-fed, well-rested, and surrounded by women who aren’t trying to be anywhere other than here.

This is not a retreat to escape your life.
It’s an embodied yes to the life you’re already living.

Come as you are.
Meet us in the mountains.
