I live in the Smoky Mountains on 9 acres with my husband, some kids, goats, chickens, dogs, a weedy garden, and the beginnings of an orchard (pecans and apples coming in 5–7 years). I spend my time reading, writing, pondering unanswerable existential questions about the nature of existence and taking lots of baths. With salt from the Dead Sea, of course.
Words have always been my anchors. They are spells. Potions that make us laugh, cry, and remember who we are. Through writing and working as a guide, I transmute pain into beauty, showing how our shadows hold the keys to our gifts. And how to make our outside environment a direct reflection of our inner truth.
My work weaves writing, energetics, and holistic real estate into one golden thread: helping others create homes and lives that feel like truth. I help you remember who you are and create spaces that reflect your unique essence.
I hail from Birmingham, Alabama, where I graduated from UAB with a degree in Communications. I spent 13 years in Houston, Texas, where I gave birth to three magnificent souls; worked in nonprofits such as The Salvation Army and LifeGift OPO; and launched my first business as a professional organizer and decorator.
In 2015, my family and I moved to the Great Smoky Mountains of Tennessee. Since then, life has been a wild tapestry: becoming a top-ranked real estate agent, randomly opening a donut shop, café, and boutique, unexpectedly losing my dad, and walking through a dark night of the soul that unraveled everything I thought I knew.
Somewhere in the midst of it all, I built my dream home, read countless books, drank gallons of sparkling water (con gas, as they call it in Spain), and found my way back to myself. I love asking the questions others hesitate to ask, saying the things others avoid, speaking truth to power, advocating for those overlooked by broken systems, and breaking rules that were never made for me in the first place.
Today, one of my greatest passions is helping others break free from systems—like organized religion—that have caused harm, and guiding them back into their own truth, power, and freedom.
